What we collect when you register
- Parent / guardian contact details and address
- Camper identity and birth date (for age eligibility)
- Medical, allergy, medication, and permission information you provide
- T-shirt size and related camp logistics fields
- Digital consent / signature on registration or express registration
- Parent account information if you sign in to claim kids or express-register
How we use it
- Confirm registrations and send camp-related messages
- Support health & safety and cabin / group planning
- Enable returning parents to claim campers and register faster next time
Parent login & claims
Claim lists show limited information until you verify last name and birth date. Repeated failures cool down and may lock; camp staff can unlock accounts when needed. Learn more on the main site: Express registration.
Storage & access
Registration data is kept in our camp registration system and accessed only by authorized LECYC staff. Parent sign-in is provided by our authentication partner. We do not use this data for advertising.
